My pelvic floor muscles have improved. Since starting doing private yoga classes with you I have had no problems with the mild leaking of urine which I experienced before. I have definitely improved with the balance poses too.

I have to say I did actually do the yoga breathing in labour and I did think of all the hilarious ways I did the poses. I only had 2.5 hours but managed it! Will miss classes so much x

I just wanted to send you a massive thank you for your classes! I went into labour at 7pm and had my baby at 10.30pm using the cafetière breath and birthing pool. Your relaxation techniques definitely helped after the birth and whilst breastfeeding.
