About you

You have heard about the benefits of yoga and want to have a go but prefer to attend a small class.

You may have done yoga in the past and would like to take it up again but prefer a small class.

You may have been advised by your osteopath/physio or chiropractor to take up yoga.

You would like to improve your posture, feel stronger, fitter and more flexible.

You would like to learn how to relax & switch off.

What you need help with right now…

You are looking for a small weekly yoga class in Weston-super-Mare with no more than 8-10 participants.

You would benefit from knowing that you are doing your yoga poses with the correct, safe alignment which will help improve your posture, strength and flexibility.

You would benefit from learning breathing & meditation techniques to help you relax.

How can the weekly classes help you?

We can help guide you through movement and breath which will benefit you both physically and mentally.

You will be guided through a class which will start with a breathing technique or meditation, followed by seated poses, standing strength, balance, seated or supine poses and ending with a relaxation.

The same class plan is taught for 4 weeks so that participants can get used to new or more challenging poses.

Modifications are added to some poses to make them more accessible for some people or increase the level for others.

You will need to bring your own yoga mat and may need additional props such as a yoga block, strap, cushion and blankets to help you in your poses. Advice will be given. Lavender eye pillows can also be purchased which help to deepen your relaxation.

Purchasing a 4-week Pass which can be used over a 6-week consecutive period

  • Each individual pass entitles you to attend one class.
  • Enables you to take two weeks off in 6 without losing money. Ideal for shift workers or for those planned or unplanned absences.
  • Home practice sheet to take away.
  • Telephone or email support if required.

NOTE Due to Covid19 we are currently running our classes via Zoom due to the size of our venue and social distancing. You can join in if you have access to a laptop, tablet or smart-phone. We are happy to help you prior to the class if you haven’t used Zoom before.
