What you need help with right now…
You are looking for a small weekly Zoom yoga class with no more than 8-10 participants.
You would benefit from knowing that you are doing your yoga poses with the correct, safe alignment which will help improve your posture, strength and flexibility.
You would benefit from learning breathing & meditation techniques to help you relax.
How can the weekly classes help you?
We can help guide you through movement and breath which will benefit you both physically and mentally.
You will be guided through a class which will start with a breathing technique or meditation, followed by seated poses, standing strength, balance, seated or supine poses and ending with a relaxation.
Modifications are added to some poses to make them more accessible for some people or increase the level for others.
You will need a yoga mat and may need additional props such as a yoga block, strap, cushion and blankets to help you in your poses. Advice will be given. Lavender eye pillows can also be purchased which help to deepen your relaxation.
To join in you need to have access to a laptop, tablet or smart-phone. We are happy to help you prior to the class if you haven’t used Zoom before.
