About you

You have heard about the benefits of yoga and want to have a go but don’t have the confidence to start at a community class yet.

You may have done yoga before but need a refresher or you have been advised by your osteopath/physio or chiropractor to take up yoga.

You would like to feel stronger, fitter and more flexible.

You want to be guided through basic poses on a one-to-one basis.

What you need help with right now…

You are looking for a private yoga teacher to help you build your confidence to join a regular community class. This may be gentle, hatha or chair-based yoga.

You would benefit from some one-to-one guidance through basic poses to ensure that you are safe.

You would like some tips on exercises which you can do safely at home.

How can private classes help you?

Private classes are held in my home studio in Locking Castle. For a small extra charge, it may be possible for the class to take place in your home or workplace by arrangement. We can also work via Zoom if this is your preference.

You will be able to work at your own pace to learn or refresh your yoga poses with guidance on correct alignment.

Your body may benefit from increased strength and flexibility over time by following the instruction and using a Home Practice sheet or online video.

If you have a particular issue which you want to address, we can work on this and create a Home Practice sheet or online video just for you.

Private classes are offered as Weekly one-off classes


An investment of a block of 4 classes to be used over a 6 week period at a 10% discount.

Private Class payments include:

  • One or four classes (depending on package chosen) of private yoga instruction.
  • Home Practice sheet or online video.
  • Telephone or email support if required.
